About me

Hi, I'm Sebastian Gsänger

I studied theoretical chemistry at the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen Nürnberg.
There, i've obtained a PhD in Bernd Meyer's group for investigating synthetic carbon allotropes.

The work on high-performance clusters boosted my love for computer science.
Currently, I'm working at the Fraunhofer IIS on the MPEG-H next-generation audio codec.
